Information About the author The author has previous studies in the following universities:
Also, was responsible for teaching C++ in labs for 3 years to 1st year university students in Ioannina. The blend of mathematics and computer science produced the Lotto Architect project some years ago. The aim was to produce a valuable tool to manage lotteries with one simple target in mind: beat the lottery! The following passage comes from Peter Randles, who wanted to comment about the author (thanks Peter "Greetings, I have persuaded Anastasios to include a brief personal profile at this web site, but it has been much against his wishes to do so. Anastasios is the sole person behind Lotto Architect - which is, as you will be aware, a very fine piece of innovative lotto software where both mathematical concepts and fine computer code writing are abundantly apparent. Lotto Architect was long in the gestation phase for a software product . Observe the History notes for the details - many stages of growth underpinned by rigid planning principles, an incremental approach to feature implementation where any perceived weakness was eliminated and replaced with an improved process at the next (private) release, and a penchant for detail. This thoroughness is a feature of the way Anastasios goes about his business and it can of course be seen in the eventual release of his product. Anastasios is from Crete, Greece, and being of that origin is partial to ouzo, members of the opposite sex, olives, mouzaka and tzatziki. Naturally his native language is Greek with a second language of English, and then he is also fluent in mathematics and computing. He has University qualifications in Mathematics (major in math) and has all but finished a Degree in Computing Science. But it was his love of mathematics that led him into the world of lotteries and the statistical elements behind them. And it was this interest, (in fact I consider it to have now developed into a passion), that caused him to ponder on some software tool that might be able to do something with those lottery numbers. He was however determined to not just do the usual thing with these numbers - like bar graphs and other coloured pictures - which seem to be the major features in many other lotto software products; he really wanted to massage the numbers, extract every bit of information they could yield. If statistical method and analysis were to play a role in winning the lottery then he would create the program to do it. The filtering in Lotto Architect and the massive number of home grown quality wheels are testimony to his mental capacities and are exactly what he wanted in his program. And he is still striving to improve on all of these. But interestingly, the major prize of the lottery is not the goal for Anastasios. The goal for him is that he creates the best lottery program available and that the users of the program enjoy good success, regular reward, and hopefully a major prize. Thus Lotto Architect is not a product of some large corporation where they have seen a need to fill up some gap in their product portfolio. Anastasios currently has just this one product to his name; he is proceeding with development for the next release in the same meticulous style as he has done in the past, and I for one am looking forward to it with its extended features and more power. Anastasios is most happy to receive any feed back on his program (both good and bad) plus any ideas that a user may have that could enhance the program. Good luck to all Peter Randles (I assisted in writing the Help File for Lotto Architect)" Contact Feel free to contact us if you want to:
Do NOT bother sending an e-mail if you want to:
Please also do not contact the author to request help on the program's usage. We have setup a forum to support the users. Please seek any answers to problems at the forums and post there if necessary. That way other people with the same questions can find answers. My time is limited to reply to each one requesting help individually. Please send any e-mails to lottoarchitect[at]gmail[dot]com (replace [at] and [dot] with @ and . respectively). Anastasios Tampakis ©1999-2007 Forums Visitors are welcome at our Lotto Architect Forum where members discuss specific aspects of the use and operation of Lotto Architect and other lotto playing strategies tips and techniques. You can also find answers to common problems and issues encountered by the use of the program. We do invite visitors, even if they have not downloaded a version of Lotto Architect, to register at the Forum and become a member if they wish to. Naturally we expect that users of Lotto Architect will gain most from the Forum as they will be able to transfer any strategies and techniques for playing lotto straight into their Lotto Architect program/project folder. |
